RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1135
RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT
AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT
OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENTS BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Right of Entry Agreement and Indemnity Agreement dated
November 16, 2009, to allow for cleanup of an orphaned
underground storage tank on East 9th Street, by and between the
Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 2009.
