RESOLUTION NO. 2022-263
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH BERTHA JOHNSON,
ORIGINALLY EXECUTED JANUARY 23, 2017, ADDING
INFILL POLICY INCENTIVES FOR THE RENOVATION OF
1420 BYRON AVENUE, IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,000.00,
FOR THE COMPLETED PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amendment to the Development Agreement dated May 2, 2022, between Bertha Johnson
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to an agreement originally executed on January 23, 2017, adding
Infi11 Policy incentives for the renovation of 1420 Byron Avenue, in the amount of $10,000.00,
for the completed project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May 2022.
