RESOLUTION NO. 2022-264
RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM NO. 2 TO A
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ROBINSON
ENGINEERING COMPANY OF INDEPENDENCE, IOWA,
ORIGINALLY EXECUTED MARCH 16, 2020, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $6,000.00, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE DELANE CREEK WATERSHED ASSESSMENT,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Addendum No. 2 to a Professional Services Agreement with Robinson Engineering
Company of Independence, Iowa, originally executed March 16, 2020, in an amount not to
exceed $6,000.00, in conjunction with the Delane Creek Watershed Assessment, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May 2022.
