RESOLUTION NO. 2022-265
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH TERRACON CONSULTANTS, INC., OF
CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$16,500.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE HAWTHORNE
AVENUE STORM SEWER PUMPING STATION RELIEF
WELLS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated May 2, 2022, between Terracon Consultants,
Inc., of Cedar Falls, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, in an amount not to exceed $16,500.00, in
conjunction with the Hawthorne Avenue Storm Sewer Pumping Station Relief Wells, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May 2022.
