RESOLUTION NO. 2022-250
RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS, BID
DOCUMENTS, ETC., SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS
JUNE 9, 2022 AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS JUNE 20,
2022, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
FY23 AMMUNITION BIDS, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK
TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
Section 1. That the preliminary specification, bid document, etc. in conjunction with the
purchase of Police Department FY23 Ammunition, as submitted by Police Captain Aaron P.
McClelland, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the purchase of Police Department
FY23 Ammunition, be scheduled for June 9, 2022 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 20th day of June, 2022 to hold
a public hearing, for the purpose of discussion and approval of the purchase of FY23 Police
Department Ammunition.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May 2022.
