RESOLUTION NO. 2022-256
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) JOHN
DEERE 6120M TRACTOR WITH 22 FOOT CRADLE MOUNT
MOWER.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Leisure Services Director of said city to prepare and file specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the purchase of one (1) John Deere 6120M tractor with 22 Foot Cradle Mount
mower, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the purchase of one (1) John Deere 6120M tractor with 22 Foot Cradle Mount
mower, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 7, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with purchase of
one (1) John Deere 6120M tractor with 22 Foot Cradle Mount mower, are hereby approved and
said purchase proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May 2022.
