RESOLUTION AWARDING BID TO P & K MIDWEST OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $179,362.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) JOHN
DEERE 6120M TRACTOR WITH 22 FOOT CRADLE MOUNT
MOWER, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, P & K Midwest of Waterloo, Iowa, submitted a bid in the amount of
$179,362.00, in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) John Deere 6120M tractor with 22 Foot
Cradle Mount mower, and is the apparent low bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA
1. That the bid of P & K Midwest, in the amount of $179,362.00, in conjunction with the
purchase of one (1) John Deere 6120M tractor with 22 Foot Cradle Mount mower, is
hereby awarded.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May 2022.
