RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1137
RESOLUTION APPROVING GOLF COURSE PRO SHOP
AGREEMENT WITH NATE LUBS GOLF, INC. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Golf Course Pro Shop Agreement dated November 16, 2009,
to provide golf pro services at Gates Park Golf Course, by and
between Nate Lubs Golf, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 2009.
