RESOLUTION NO. 2022-295
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE THIRD AMENDMENT TO
THE DEVELOPMENT AND MINIMUM ASSESSMENT
AGREEMENT WITH WARREN TRANSPORT, INC.,
ORIGINALLY EXECUTED ON NOVEMBER 18, 2019,
CHANGING THE COMPLETION DATE TO MARCH 31, 2023,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the third amendment to the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement with
Warren Transport, Inc., originally executed on November 18, 2019, changing the completion date
to March 31, 2023, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1011 day of May 2022.
