RESOLUTION NO. 2022-298
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDED FINAL PLAT OF
AUDUBON HEIGHTS 7TH ADDITION, A REPLAT OF AUDUBON
HEIGHTS FOURTH ADDITION, LOCATED SOUTH OF 1747
THRUSH DRIVE, AND ACKNOWLEDGING AND CONSENTING TO
THE CORRECTED FINAL PLAT, CERTIFICATE OF SURVEY, AND
AFFIDAVIT OF SURVEYOR.
WHEREAS, on this 16th day of May 2022, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, the Amended Final Plat of Audubon Heights 7th Addition, a replat of
Audubon Heights Fourth Addition, located south of 1747 Thrush Drive, City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, was presented for approval by the City of Waterloo, and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat was been previously submitted and has been approved by the
Waterloo City Council on May 3, 2021 by Resolution No. 2021-297, and
WHEREAS, said Amended Final Plat has been considered and should receive approval of
this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of the City of Waterloo for approval of the Amended Final
Plat of Audubon Heights 7th Addition, a replat of Audubon Heights Fourth Addition, located
south of 1747 Thrush Drive, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is hereby approved,
and acknowledging and consenting to the corrected Final Plat, Certificate of Survey, and Affidavit
of Surveyor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of May 2022.
