RESOLUTION NO. 2022-282
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. AND
SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS JUNE 9, 2022 AND
DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS JUNE 20, 2022, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2023 CIP PIPELINING PHASE
IVA3, CONTACT NO. 1063, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK
TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction
with the FY 2023 CIP Pipelining Phase IVA3, Contact No. 1063, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the FY 2023 CIP Pipelining Phase
IVA3, Contact No. 1063, be scheduled for June 9, 2022 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 20th day of June 2022, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the FY 2023 CIP Pipelining Phase IVA3, Contact No.
1063.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of
said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
