RESOLUTION NO. 2022-290
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT AND MINIMUM ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT,
WITH RNK INVESTMENTS, LLC, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$822,000.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE DEVELOPMENT
OF A 16,800 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Development Agreement dated May 16, 2022, with RNK Investments, LLC, in
the amount of $822,000.00, in conjunction with the development of a 16,800 square foot
building, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of May 2022.
