AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2020
Black Hawk County lC ION 2 9,TRUCK BYCODE DELETING AND BUS PARKING
PROHIBITED, IN ITS ENTIRETY, AND
INSERTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW
SECTION 279, TRUCK AND BUS
PARKING, TO THE 2020 TRAFFIC
CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of
the City of Waterloo,Iowa,that the City of
Waterloo Traffic Code is hereby amended
as follows:That Section 279,Truck and
Bus Parking Prohibited, of the 2020
Waterloo, City of- Legals Traffic Code shall be deleted in its
entirety.
That a new Section 279,Truck and Bus
Parking Prohibited, shall be inserted in
lieu thereof to the 2020 Traffic Code,as
715 MULBERRY ST. follows: SEC 279. TRUCK AND BUS
PARKING PROHIBITED.
WATERLOO IA 50703 No person shall park a motor truck,
implement of husbandry, special mobile
unit, van or other vehicle used for the
carrying of freight or persons on any
residential street in the city, or on the
following commercial streets; Cyclone
