Black Hawk County 3, SEWER REGULATIONS, TITLE
8-3A-2: DETERMINATION OF RATES
AND CHARGES TO INCREASE SEWER
RATES,
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of
the City of Waterloo,Iowa,That subpara-
graphs 6 of Chapter 3, Sewer Regula-
tions,Title 8-3A-2:Determination of Rates
and Charges to increase sewer rates,of
the City Code of Ordinances of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby amended as
Waterloo, City of- Legals 8-13A-2: DETERMINATION OF RATES
AND CHARGES:
6.The following sewer rental charge shall
become effective beginning July 1,2022:
Minimum monthly charge? $18.60
