RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY LORI KLINGFUS
FOR A VARIANCE TO THE NOISE ORDINANCE FOR A
BACKYARD GATHERING, ON AUGUST 27, 2022 FROM 12:00
P.M. TO 7:00 P.M., LOCATED AT 1604 GARDEN AVENUE.
WHEREAS, Lori Klingfus is requesting a variance to the Noise Ordinance in conjunction
with a backyard gathering, on August 27, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., located at 1604
Garden Avenue, including use of a PA system.
WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Lori Klingfus for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094,
Noise Ordinance, in conjunction with a backyard gathering, to be held on August 27, 2022 from
12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., located at 1604 Garden Avenue, including use of a PA system, is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of May 2022.
