RESOLUTION NO. 2022-273
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO CERTIFY
AGAINST CERTAIN PARCELS FOR UNPAID LAWN MOWING,
SIDEWALK SNOW REMOVAL, PROPERTY CLEANUPS, AND
HAZARDOUS TREE REMOVALS.
WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 364.12(3)(h) allows municipalities to certify for unpaid
lawn/weed mowing and property clean-up, to the benefited property as a lien.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to certify to the Black Hawk County
Treasurer all lawn/weed mowing and property clean-up fees, as contained in the schedule now on
file in the City Clerk's Office.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of May 2022.
