RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO THE NOISE
ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY CHAKILA WRIGHT FOR
KHARI'S 5TH BIRTHDAY PARTY EVENT TO BE HELD FROM
3:00-7:00 P.M. ON JUNE 4, 2022, AT 115 ALBANY STREET.
WHEREAS, Chakila Wright is requesting a variance to the Noise Ordinance in
conjunction with Khari's 5th Birthday Party event, to be held June 4, 2022, from 3:00-7:00 p.m.,
to be held at 115 Albany Street, including a live music and use of a PA system.
WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Chakila Wright for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094,
Noise Ordinance, in conjunction with Khari's 5th Birthday Party event, to be held June 4, 2022,
from 3:00-7:00 p.m., at 115 Albany Street, including a live music and use of a PA system, is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 315` day of May 2022.
