RESOLUTION APPROVING CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 1004
FULTON STREET, 921 W. 2ND STREET, 316 PROGRESS
AVENUE, AND 742 GRANT AVENUE, AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY CLERK TO NOTIFY THE BLACK HAWK
COUNTY TREASURER OF SAID CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the assessments for the property located at 1004 Fulton Street, 921 W. 2nd Street, 316 Progress
Avenue, and 742 Grant Avenue, billed in error for water, sewer, garbage, and storm water as
follows:
1004 Fulton Street
Delinquent Water - $233.38
Delinquent Sewer - $356.21
Delinquent Storm Water - $90.84
Delinquent Garbage - $301.28
Total - $981.71
316 Progress Avenue
Delinquent Water - $22.93

are hereby cancelled, along with any penalties and interest accumulated against the amounts, and
the City Clerk is hereby directed to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
