RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF BIDS TO WILSON
RESTAURANT SUPPLY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $8,741.55, AND TO EDWARD DON & CO.
OF RIVERSIDE, ILLINOIS, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$25,327.22, FOR THE FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS
CONVENTION CENTER KITCHEN EQUIPMENT UPGRADE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bids of Wilson Restaurant Supply of Waterloo, Iowa,
in the amount of $8,741.55, and Edward Don & Co. of Riverside,
Illinois, in the amount of $25,327.22, for the Five Sullivan
Brothers Convention Center Kitchen Equipment Upgrade, described
in the specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
purchase, after public hearing on published notice required by
law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bids
received for said purchases.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of November, 2009.
