RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR FISCAL
YEAR 2011 WATERLOO CONVENTION & VISITOR'S
BUREAU HOTEL/MOTEL TAX GRANT AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the application dated November 23, 2009, for Fiscal Year
2011 Waterloo Convention & Visitor's Bureau Hotel/Motel Tax Grant
in the amount of $10,000.00, with no required match, to be used
for field lighting for the West Exchange Ball Diamond within the
Cedar Valley Youth Sports Complex, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of November, 2009.
