RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 23, 2009,
at a cost not to exceed $15,000.00, for the Dry Run Creek
Watershed Sanitary Sewer Evaluation, by and between AECOM of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of November, 2009.
