RESOLUTION NO. 2022-332 RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY BIG HAND PEPPER, LLC, FOR THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF EDISON ADDITION, A THIRTY-TWO (32) LOT RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION, IN THE "R-1, R-P" PLANNED RESIDENCE DISTRICT AND "C-P" PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, LOCATED WEST OF 420 HARWOOD AVENUE. WHEREAS, on this 6th day of June 2022, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the preliminary plat of Edison Addition, a thirty-two (32) lot residential subdivision, in the "R-1, R-P" Planned Residence District and "C-P" Planned Commercial District, located west of 420 Harwood Avenue, was presented for approval by Big Hand Pepper, LLC, and WHEREAS, said preliminary plat has been previously submitted to and was approved by the City of Waterloo Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on May 10, 2022, and WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, the preliminary plat, submitted by Big Hand Pepper, LLC, of the Edison Addition, a thirty-two (32) lot residential subdivision, in the "R-1, R-P" Planned Residence District and "C-P" Planned Commercial District, located west of 420 Harwood Avenue, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is hereby approved.
