RESOLUTION NO. 2022-326
RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2019-832 IN
ITS ENTIRETY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
Resolution No. 2019-832 adopted on November 4, 2019, "Dedicating a 3,520 square foot utility
easement along a formally vacated alley west of Magnolia Parkway between Harwood Avenue
and Falls Avenue" is hereby rescinded in its entirety, for purpose of vacating approximately 178
square feet of city -owned right-of-way, a utility easement at the corner of Evergreen Avenue and
Harwood Avenue, and a utility easement between Evergreen Avenue and the proposed alley,
Axelwood Drive (proposed as part of the preliminary plat of Edison Addition), as approved under
Ordinance No. 5646.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June 2022.
