RESOLUTION APPROVING CITY-STATE AGREEMENT
WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City -State Agreement dated November 23, 2009, for the
reconstruction and realignment of U.S. Highway 63 from Newell
Street north to Donald Street, by and between the Iowa Department
of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and Deputy City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of November, 2009.
