RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH SNYDER AND ASSOCIATES AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 23, 2009,
at a cost not to exceed $49,308.00, with 20 percent city match not
to exceed $9,861.60, to provide professional services for the
design of the F.Y. 2010 Ridgeway Avenue and LaPorte Road
Connection, Contract No. 775, by and between Snyder and Associates
of Ankeny, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of November, 2009.
