RESOLUTION APPROVING A ONE-YEAR MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH THE WATERLOO POLICE PROTECTIVE
ASSOCIATION FOR THE LATERAL TRANSFER INCENTIVE
PACKAGE AND BONUS ADMINISTRATIVE GUIDELINES, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATE WA:
That the One-Year Memorandum of Understanding for the Transfe centive
Package and Bonus Administrative Guidelines dated June 6, 2022, by4ahad be n the aterloo
Police Protective Association and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be d the e hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and direc o e to ai cument on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.

That the One -Year Memorandum of Understanding for the lateral Transfer Incentive
Package and Bonus Administrative Guidelines dated June 6, 2022, by and between the Waterloo
Police Protective Association and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
