RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH GILMOR & DOYLE, LTD. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Professional Services Agreement dated November 23, 2009, at
a cost not to exceed 10.5 percent of the contract price, for
Flood Mitigation Design Proposal for City Hall, Carnegie Annex,
Public Library and Center for the Arts, by and between Gilmor &
Doyle, Ltd. of waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of November, 2009.
