RESOLUTION NO. 2022-352
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENING AS JULY 14, 2022 AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS DULY 18, 2022, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY 2022 4TH STREET BRIDGE AND DAM
LIGHTING PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 1054, AND
INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction
with the FY 2022 4th Street Bridge and Dam Lighting Project, Contract No. 1054, are hereby
approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the FY 2022 4th Street Bridge and
Dam Lighting Project, Contract No. 1054, be scheduled for July 14, 2022 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on thel8th day of July 2022, to hold
a public hearing, in conjunction with the FY 2022 4th Street Bridge and Dam Lighting Project,
Contract No. 1054.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of
said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
