RESOLUTION NO. 2022-355
RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
JULY 5, 2022, TO APPROVE A BUSINESS PROPERTY
LEASE WITH CRYSTAL DISTRIBUTION SERVICES, INC.,
FOR THE USE OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1442, 1508 AND
1620 SYCAMORE STREET, IN THE AMOUNT OF $1.00 PER
YEAR FOR FIVE (5) YEARS, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 5th day of July 2022, to
approve a Business Property Lease with Crystal Distribution Services, Inc., for the use of
property located at 1442, 1508 and 1620 Sycamore Street, in the amount of $1.00 per year for
five (5) years.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of
said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June 2022.
