PUBLIC HEARING. MONDAY,
JUNE 20, 2022 AT 5:30 P.M.,
CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
CITY HALL, WATERLOO, IOWA.
THE PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC
HEARING IS TO DISCUSS AND MAKE
VARIOUS AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY
OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE.
Numerous amendments are proposed to
Ordinance No. 5079, the City of Waterloo
zoning ordinance, as previously amen-
ded. The proposed amendment would
update multiple sections to address
changes for home occupations, accesso-
rystructures, solar facilities, stables, child
daycare, industrial uses, signage, require-
ments for uses in various zoning distracts,
special permits, and a variety of other
matters.
The public heating will be held at. 5:30
p.m. on Monday, June 20, 2022, in the
City Council Chambers at City Hall in
Waterloo, Iowa. Any questions regarding
the proposed amendment to the Plan
should be directed to the Planning and
Zoning Office at 319-291-4366. Anyone
who is interested may appear at same
time and place and be heard or may file
written objections or comments with the
City Clerk, City Hall, 715 Mulberry Street,
Waterloo, Iowa, before the date set for
hearing.
