public heating will be held by the Council

the sale and conveyance of City

Airline Highway, in the amount of $1.00,
to Supenor Properties. LLC, with tax
rebates eight (8) years at 75 percent and
two (2) years at 70 percent, for the
construction of a new 12,000 square foot
contractor office building, with approval of
a Development and Minimum Assess-
ment Agreement. in the amount of
S560,000.00 legally described as follows:
