NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND
NOTICE TO BIDDERS FOR THE
TAKING OF BIDS FOR FY23
AMMUNITION SUPPLIES FOR THE
WATERLOO POLICE DEPARTMENT
Sealed bids must be received by the City
Clerk of the City of Waterloo at her office
at City Hall, 715 Mulberry Street,
Waterloo, Iowa 50703 no later than June
9. 2022 at 1:00 p.m., for the FY23
Ammunition Supplies for the Waterloo
Police Department.
All proposals received will be opened in
the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers in
City Hall of said City, on the 9th day of
June at 1:00 p.m.. and the proposals will
be acted upon at such later time and
place as may then be fixed by the City
Council. The bid opening will be
livestreamed on YouTube and made
available on the city website.
Notice is hereby given that the Council of
the City of Waterloo will conduct a public
hearing on the proposed specifications
and bid document for FY 2023 Ammuni-
tion Supplies at 5:30 p.m. on June 20,
2022, in the Harold E. Getty Council
Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa. A bid document may be
obtained from Waterloo Police Depart-
ment, 715 Mulberry Street, Waterloo,
Iowa, 50703.
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,
Ctty Hall. Waterloo, Iowa, before the date
set for said hearing.
