RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
CCG SAFETY GEAR, OF OLATHE, KANSAS, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, CCG Safety Gear, of Olathe, Kansas, submitted a bid per unit as follows:
2022- 2023 - $ 927. 00
2024 - $953. 00
2025 - $961. 00
2026 - $980. 00
in conjunction with the Police Department Level II Police Body Armor needs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA
1. That the bid of CCG Safety Gear, in the yearly amounts above, per unit, in conjunction
with the Police Department Level II Police Body Armor needs, is hereby awarded to CCG
Safety Gear.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June 2022.
