RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
KIESLER POLICE SUPPLY, OF JEFFERSON, IOWA, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2023 POLICE AMMUNITION
NEEDS, AND AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, Kiesler Police Supply, Inc., of Jeffersonville, Indiana submitted a bid in the
amount of $51,963.22 for bid item No.s 1-6, in conjunction with the Police FYE 2023
ammunition needs, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA
1. That the bid of Kiesler Police Supply, Inc., in the amount of $51,963.32, for bid item No.s
1-6, in conjunction with the Police FYE 2023 ammunition needs, is hereby awarded to
Kiesler Police Supply, Inc.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20t 1 day of June 2022.
