RESOLUTION NO. 2022-407
RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUBORDINATION
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, SELF-
HELP CREDIT UNION, SELF-HELP VENTURES FUND, AND
CENTRAL PROPERTY HOLDINGS, LLC, FOR
THE GROCERY STORE PROJECT ON FRANKLIN STREET,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Subordination Agreement dated June 20, 2022, between the City of Waterloo,
Self -Help Credit Union, Self -Help Ventures Fund, and Central Property Holdings, LLC,
encumbering real property situated in the County of Black Hawk, State of Iowa, with an address
of 225 Franklin Street, Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with the grocery story project on Franklin
Street, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June 2022.
