RESOLUTION NO. 2022-409
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROJECT AGREEMENT WITH
THE WATERLOO DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $914,975.00 IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF
ENHANCEMENTS INCLUDING LIGHTING ON THE 4TH
STREET BRIDGE, CEDAR RIVER DAM AND
SURROUNDING AREA, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Project Agreement with the Waterloo Development Corporation, in an amount
not to exceed $914,975.00 in conjunction with the design and construction of enhancements
including lighting on the 4th Street Bridge, Cedar River Dam and surrounding area, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June 2022.
