RESOLUTION NO. 2022-410
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROJECT AGREEMENT WITH
THE WATERLOO DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $36,980.00, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH A DOWNTOWN LIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS STUDY,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Project Agreement with the Waterloo Development Corporation, in an amount
not to exceed $36,980.00, in conjunction with a downtown lighting improvements study, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized and directed to execute said document
on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June 2022.
