RESOLUTION NO. 2022-413
RESOLUTION APPROVING A SIGNED PROPOSAL FROM
LUMEN PULSE, IN THE AMOUNT OF $443,370.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2022 4TH STREET BRIDGE
AND DAM LIGHTING PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 1054, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the signed proposal from Lumen Pulse, in the amount of $443,370.00, in conjunction
with the FY 2022 4th Street Bridge and Dam Lighting Project, Contract No. 1054, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June 2022.
