RESOLUTION NO. 2022-396
RESOLUTION APPROVING AQUATIC CENTER DESIGN
CONTRACT WITH INVISION ARCHITECTURE, LTD, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $766,000.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Design Services Contract dated June 20, 2022, between Invision Architecture,
LTD, of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $766,000.00, in
conjunction with Engineering Design Services for the Byrnes Park Aquatic Center, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June 2022.
