RESOLUTION NO. 2022-398
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH RITLAND+KUIPER LANDSCAPE
ARCHITECTS IN THE AMOUNT OF $602,225.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE TRANSFORMING GATES AND
BYRNES PARKS PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Professional Services Agreement dated June 20, 2022, between Ritland+Kuiper
of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $602,225.00 in conjunction
with landscape architecture services for the Transforming Gates and Byrnes Parks Project, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20t 1 day of June 2022.
