RESOLUTION NO. 2022-399
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND
RITLAND+KUIPER LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS, FOR
SERVICES AT UNITY PLAZA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $18,000.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Professional Services Agreement dated June 20, 2022, between Ritland+Kuiper
of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $18,000.00 in
conjunction with landscape architecture services for the Unity Plaza Project, is hereby approved,
and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20t 1 day of June 2022.
