RESOLUTION NO. 2022-237
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH VAXXONE, LLC, FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF AN INFILL LOT LOCATED NORTH AT
1600 LARK LANE, INCLUDING $5,000.00 IN INCENTIVE
PAYMENT UPON COMPLETION OF NEW HOME, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated April 18, 2022, with Vaxxone, LLC, for the construction
of an infill lot located north at 1600 Lark Lane, including $5,000.00 in incentive payment upon
completion of new home, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April 2022.
