RESOLUTION NO. 2022-432
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO'S PURCHASING PROCEDURE TO APPROVE THE
ROOF REPLACEMENT ON THE ADMINISTRATIVE SECTION OF
THE PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY, IN THE AMOUNT OF $114,905.70,
FROM CEDAR RIVER CONSTRUCTION LLC OF WAVERLY, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo's Purchasing Procedures Policy to
approve the roof replacement on the administrative section of the Public Works Facility, in the
amount of $114,905.70, from Cedar River Construction LLC, of Waverly, Iowa, is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of July 2022.
