RESOLUTION NO. 2022-438
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONDEMNATION SETTLEMENT
WITH THE ROGER T. KALSEM REVOCABLE TRUST, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $38,381.00 WITH UP TO $4,000.00 IN CLOSING
COSTS, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2023 HAMMOND
AVENUE BRIDGE REPLACEMENT OVER SINK CREEK,
CONTRACT NO. 922.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Condemnation Settlement with the Roger T. Kalsem Revocable Trust, in the amount of
$38,381.00 with up to $4,000.00 in closing costs, in conjunction with the FY 2023 Hammond
Avenue Bridge Replacement Over Sink Creek, Contract No. 922 is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of July 2022.
