RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING REQUEST
FOR PROPOSAL DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC.
FOR RECYCLING SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
Superintendent of Waste Management Services to prepare and file
Request for Proposal document, form of contract, etc. for
Recycling Services, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Waste Management Services has
filed said Request for Proposal document, form of contract, etc.,
and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered
the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said Request for
contract, etc., be, and the same
approved.
