RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2010 RIGHT OF WAY
MOWING.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc., for the 2010 Right of Way Mowing, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc.,
for the 2010 Right of Way Mowing, which were preliminarily
approved on March 22, 2010, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 12,
2010, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc., for the 2010 Right of Way Mowing, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, 2010.
