RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2010
CHAMBERLAIN DEMOLITION PHASE 2, CONTRACT NO.
762.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Community Planning and Development
Director of said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc., for the F.Y. 2010 Chamberlain Demolition
Phase 2, Contract No. 762, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director
did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., for the F.Y. 2010 Chamberlain Demolition Phase 2,
Contract No. 762, which were preliminarily approved on March 22,
2010, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 12,
2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., for the F.Y. 2010 Chamberlain Demolition Phase 2,
Contract No. 762, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, 2010.
