RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM ASPRO, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE F.Y. 2010 STREET
RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO. 772.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Aspro, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, for the F.Y.
2010 Street Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 772, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 12th day of
April, 2010, together with the accompanying bond for the faithful
performance of said contract signed by North American Specialty
Insurance Company of Manchester, New Hampshire, as surety
thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, 2010.
