RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated April 12, 2010, for Traffic Safety
Improvement Funding in the amount of $96,100.00, with no local
match, for traffic safety improvements at the intersections of
Williston Avenue and Baltimore Street, and Williston Avenue and
West 9th Street, by and between the Iowa Department of
Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, 2010.
