RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
ROUSSELOW BROTHER'S FARMS, INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated April 12, 2010, at a cost of
$3,464.40, to farm approximately 28.87 acres of city -owned land
generally located near the northwest corner of Martin Road and
West Ridgeway Avenue, west of Black Hawk Creek, from April 1,
2010 to December 31, 2010, by and between Rousselow Brother's
Farms, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, 2010.
